Agali – Beaches of Tinos

Agali actually consists of two adjacent bays separated by a small rocky headland. You can explore both in one visit — the main sandy beach and a smaller, more secluded pebble cove around the corner.

The water at Agali is exceptionally clean and clear, with a mix of sandy and rocky bottom that makes for interesting underwater exploration. The bay's natural protection ensures calm conditions for comfortable swimming.

A handful of traditional Cycladic houses dot the hillside above Agali, adding authentic character to the beach setting. The area retains a genuine, uncommercial feel that sets it apart from the more developed beaches.

Agali is accessible by a paved road that winds through the countryside, making it an easy but scenic drive from most parts of the island. Limited parking adds to its charm — it stays intimate even during busy periods.
